The team was punctual (starting each day within a minute or so of the quoted time), polite (with an accommodating approach) and professional. The Project leader (Harrison Weekes) was meticulous and identified a few ‘shortfalls’ in the installation, returning to oversee the fixes and complete the commissioning of the system. Despite the errors identified by Harrison, I would have no hesitation in recommending Recharge Renewable to friends.

The team on the day worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum which was greatly appreciated - they had to put up with three kids running around and a labrador that stole their shoes at any opportunity. Their plans to install solar panels, inverter, battery and a solar boost for hot water meter with my calculations and requirements at a good price. They arranged and completed scaffolding and installation seamlessly and with no fuss. Each member of their team, including scaffolders and office staff, worked well to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements. I am pleased to have chosen this company and would recommend their services.
We chose Recharge Renewable after a thorough review of our requirements and were impressed by their approach. Rather than trying to sell us the largest possible system, they designed a system that suited our actual electricity usage and budget. Harrison and Ollie were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Harrison took the time to carry out a proper site survey, explain the technical details clearly and answer all our questions without any pressure. Very pleased with the service received so far and looking forward to the installation.
Great work from first enquiry to final sign off. Work done: 16 solar panels on a 3 storey building with inverter, battery storage and emergency power supply. Timescale: 4 months though 2 and a half were discussions and my decision making. Install took a day and a half. From initial discussions with Recharge Renewables (RR) to final sign off I have been very impressed. I'm quite technically minded so the home visit allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to. After that, any emails were answered quickly or someone would hop on a phone to talk to me. Options were made clear. Decisions were made and away we went. Scaffolding went up after some discussion as it is very difficult to get access to the back garden. Decision quickly made that all of the work could be done from scaffolding only at the front. The day of the install was fantastic. Everyone did their thing with little input from me apart from supplying beverages on what was a very hot day! A couple of options were sorted quickly such as the location of the EPS and some wiring options. Minimal disruption to me as I work from home. Any power outages were agreed in advance so really convenient. Post install we had a couple of issues connecting to the monitoring and control tech but RR lead on resolving that with Solis, the equipment manufacturer. I was given clear instructions on what were my tasks to do such as talking to the power company. Everything else was smoothly handled by RR. I'm not sure it could have gone better and would highly recommend RR.
